Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order pieces may take up to 7–10 business days to produce before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Available at an additional cost
  You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Kings Kreations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your order is missing.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
